Return and Exchange
We strive to provide an excellent shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 5 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
You will have to contact us at email@example.com prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.
Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:
1. Order Cancelation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped the goods, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment. Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to be refunded. We will refund you if the goods we received in our warehouse are in the original condition. But the sipping fee and tax fee should be paied by your side. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country to China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
